- 適用范圍
- SY/T 6423的本部分規定了埋弧焊(SAW)鋼管、電焊(EW)鋼管焊縫的超聲橫波(由常規或相控陣技術產生)檢測的要求。對于SAW鋼管,包括方向主要平行于焊縫的缺欠,或者依據協議方向垂直于焊縫的缺欠或者兩個方向的缺欠檢測。對于EW鋼管,包括方向主要平行于焊縫的缺欠的檢測。對于縱向缺欠,可由制造商選擇采用蘭姆波檢測。EW鋼管焊縫缺欠可采用周向超聲法檢測。本部分適用于SAW鋼管、EW鋼管的檢測,也適用于圓形空心部件的檢測。
