- GB/T 25758的本部分規定了通過清晰邊緣的X射線照片測量焦點尺寸的方法。本方法要求焦點尺寸在5μm～300μm之間，X射線管的管電壓最高可達225kV。 X射線圖像的質量以及分辨力很大程度上取決于焦點的特性。焦點成像質量基于目標平面的二維輻射強度分布。 為了鑒定的目的，采用X射線照相技術。 注：若得到允許，本測量方法可用于更高的千伏電壓系統，但測量精度可能會降低。
